Sector · Healthcare · pattern we build

A front desk that never puts a patient on hold.

Clinic reception is a queue problem. Calls arrive in bursts, the desk is already with a patient, and the caller gives up. A voice agent takes every call in parallel, books into the system you already run, and chases the no-shows nobody has time to chase.

Pattern
designed and ready to build — not yet a deployment
Every call answered in parallel, no queue
Your HIS booked into the system you run
Prep sent before the visit, not at it
Reminders the sequence nobody has time for
Being straight with you

This one we have designed, not yet delivered.

We have not shipped this for a client in this sector yet, so there is no case study and no number to quote — and we would rather say that than invent one. What follows is the system we would build, and the parts of it that are already running elsewhere.

And behind the chat, automatically

The chat window is the smallest part.

Anyone can put an assistant on your site. The work is what fires behind it — the records written, the slots held, the people notified.

01

Book into the HIS

The slot is written into your existing system in the call. No parallel calendar, no reconciliation afterwards.

02

Send the prep instructions

Fasting, documents, arrival time — delivered as text the patient still has when they need it.

03

Run the reminder sequence

The follow-ups that reduce no-shows, sent on schedule without anyone remembering to send them.

04

Surface the no-shows

Which slots, which clinicians, which times — so the pattern is visible instead of anecdotal.

What ships

Four things, not one.

The agent

Takes every call at once, in the languages your patients actually speak.

The integrations

Your HIS or practice-management system, so availability is real availability.

The workflows

Booking, preparation, reminders, and rescheduling — handled end to end.

The dashboard

No-show rates by slot and clinician, and where the calls are being lost.

Already in production

The same stack, where it is live.

The pattern above is new for this sector. The technology under it is not — here is where it is already working, with the numbers those clients actually saw.

Questions

Common questions

Does it book into our existing system?
Yes — that is the requirement. The slot is written into the HIS or practice-management system you already run, so there is no second calendar to reconcile.
What happens when several people call at once?
Every call is answered in parallel. The queue is the problem being solved, so callers do not wait or give up.
Can it reduce no-shows?
It runs the reminder sequence and surfaces which slots and clinicians lose the most appointments. We will not quote a percentage we have not measured for you.
Is patient data handled safely?
Scope, storage and retention are agreed before any build, and the agent only touches the systems you connect it to. We will walk your team through exactly what is stored.
Is this live in a hospital today?
No. This is a capability pattern. The same voice stack runs a Hindi welfare desk 24/7 on a state government portal — that one is live.
