Sector · Automotive · pattern we build

Every enquiry followed up, including Sunday’s.

Showroom enquiries arrive when the showroom is busiest, and the follow-up happens when someone finds time. An agent that books the test drive, blocks the car and assigns the evaluator closes that gap without adding headcount.

Pattern
designed and ready to build — not yet a deployment
Voice + WhatsApp the two channels buyers actually use
Test drive booked, not promised
The car blocked in the DMS, not double-booked
Exchange evaluator assigned automatically
Being straight with you

This one we have designed, not yet delivered.

We have not shipped this for a client in this sector yet, so there is no case study and no number to quote — and we would rather say that than invent one. What follows is the system we would build, and the parts of it that are already running elsewhere.

And behind the chat, automatically

The chat window is the smallest part.

Anyone can put an assistant on your site. The work is what fires behind it — the records written, the slots held, the people notified.

01

Book the test drive

A real slot, agreed on the call, against a car that is actually free that afternoon.

02

Block the car in the DMS

The vehicle is held the moment the slot is agreed, so two salespeople cannot promise the same car.

03

Assign the evaluator

If there is an exchange, a valuation is scheduled alongside the drive rather than after it.

04

Report to the showroom

Enquiries, drives booked, drives taken and conversions in one view per branch.

What ships

Four things, not one.

The agent

Handles voice and WhatsApp together, so one conversation continues across both.

The integrations

Your DMS, so a booking blocks real inventory.

The workflows

Test drive, vehicle block, exchange valuation, and the follow-up sequence.

The dashboard

Branch-level funnel from enquiry to delivery.

Already in production

The same stack, where it is live.

The pattern above is new for this sector. The technology under it is not — here is where it is already working, with the numbers those clients actually saw.

Questions

Common questions

Does it block the car, or only book the slot?
It blocks the vehicle in the DMS when the slot is agreed. A test drive booked against a car that is already promised is worse than no booking.
Voice or WhatsApp?
Both, as one conversation. A buyer who calls on Saturday and messages on Sunday should not have to repeat themselves.
What about exchange valuations?
If the buyer has a car to exchange, an evaluator is assigned alongside the test drive rather than after it.
Does it work outside showroom hours?
That is most of the value. Enquiries that arrive when the showroom is closed get the same follow-up as the ones that arrive at 11am on Tuesday.
Is a dealership running this today?
No. This is a pattern we build. The same qualify-and-book approach took an aviation academy from 20 to 200 leads a day — that one is live.
