Terafab is building the world's largest AI chip factory.
Nobody is building the software to run it.
We are.

// What we built
The semiconductor industry's entire software stack was designed for a world of 6-month iteration cycles, human decisions, and earth-only operations. None of it works for what Terafab is building.
We designed five autonomous AI systems that form the cognitive layer for a chip factory operating at terawatt scale — before the factory exists.
— AppD AI, March 2026This is not a pitch deck. It's a running prototype. Every day it processes phantom chip scenarios through a full virtual fab pipeline, learns failure patterns, and upgrades its own logic. By the time Terafab's first wafer runs — the intelligence is already trained.
// The closed loop nobody has visualized
Chips go up to power the swarm. The swarm beams energy down to power the factory. The factory makes the chips. The loop closes.

// Why this exists
Tesla, SpaceX, and xAI can build any single system — a yield predictor, a supply chain dashboard, a validation pipeline. They have 140,000+ engineers. They'll do it in weeks.
They cannot build the integration layer because they haven't scoped it yet. Three separate orgs, three separate codebases, three separate definitions of done.
Terafab-OS is not five systems. It's the emergent intelligence that arises when five systems think together. That's what we built. That's what doesn't exist elsewhere.
The best way to join a mission is to already be doing the work. We started March 2026. The system runs 24/7. Every chip scenario it processes is one less unknown for Terafab's first wafer run.
